The following list of Blue Star markers gives the date of installation, location of dedication, sponsors and refurbishment (where this applies) with the re-dedication date. Link to GDoc for printing

  1. *August 26, 1949 --  Bradford Roadside Park --  U.S. Highway 50 -- The Park is now called “Queen of The Prairies” --  Located about six miles west of Sedalia --  Council of Sedalia Garden Clubs -- Refurbished and rededicated November 18, 2000 by Fair City Garden Club of Prairies  Sedalia  --  West Central District.  Stolen in 2011.

  2. *October 20, 1950 --  Brownfield Roadside Park -- Two miles east of Otterville on Old U.S. 50 -- Otterville Garden Club – re-dedication  May 7, 2006 -- West Central District

  3. *October 22, 1951 -- Chain of Rocks Bridge on old U.S. 66 -- This sign was missing for 32 years -- found in 1996 -- Refurbished and rededicated September 29, 1996 -- Relocated to Tourist Welcome Center at Highway 270 and Riverview,  I-70 and Riverview Drive, mile marker 34  700 Dunn Road  --  East Central District.

  4. *November 18, 1951 -- Griffith Roadside Park -- U.S. 40 near Marshall Junction -- marker was moved due to highway construction to Howard County Roadside Park -- Vandalism occurred and it was relocated to Westbound Highway 70 Boonville Rest Area -- It was placed by Marshall Garden Club in West Central District originally -- moved to present location in Central District – Refurbished in 2006.

  5. *October 5, 1952 -- Cherokee Roadside Park -- Ten miles south of Farmington on U.S. 67 -- moved to Long Park in Farmington on corner of St. Genevieve Ave. and Long St.  -- still on the Trail of Tears route-- Garden Clubs of Farmington -- Southeast District --Refurbished/Rededicated Oct. 21, 2006

  6. *September 14, 1953 -- North Ten Mile Drive Roadside Park -- Five miles west of Jefferson City on U.S. 50 -- Rededicated in 1993 with a large landscaping project -- Hawthorne Garden Club  --  Central District – Refurbished in 2006.

  7. *October 12, 1953 -- Austin-Pitcairn Roadside Park -- one mile north of Festus on U.S. 67 – access McNutt Road from I-55, go South 1 mile on Hwy 61/67 to the park-- Festus Garden Club -- refurbished/rededicated June 26, 2005 -- Southeast District.

  8. *May 2, 1954 -- Brewster Roadside Park -- eight miles west of Springfield on old U.S. 66 -- moved to Conway Rest Area on Westbound I-44 in Webster County 30 miles east of Springfield in 1974 -- Springfield Garden Club  --  Southwest District.  Moved to exit 111 to new rest area, rededicated September 19, 2009 by SC District.

  9. *June 6, 1954 -- Little Blue Valley Roadside Park -- Two miles east of Knobtown on U.S. 50 -- Lost for many years but found on a lake bottom -- moved to Raytown Historical Museum -- Refurbished and moved to Powell Gardens [east of Kansas City] -- Rededicated September 14, 1998 by the Kansas City Garden Club  --  West Central District.

  10. *September 12, 1954 -- Oak Grove Roadside Park (originally Spring River Roadside Park) -- Three miles east of Cuba on old U.S. 66 -- moved to Highway I-44 and Leasburg Exit -- Leasburg Garden Club.  Refurbished by FGCM and City of Leasburg October 10, 2011  -- Mid-Central District.

  11. *June 10, 1956 -- Spring River Roadside Park -- Northeast edge of Carthage on old U.S. 66 -- Carthage Floral Study and Mimosa Garden Club  -- Refurbished & Rededicated July 20, 2004  -- Park renamed as Kellogg Park 1215 Easterly Drive--  Southwest District.

  12. *September 22, 1957 -- Shawnee Forest Roadside Park -- U.S. 67 north of Poplar bluff --  Moved with highway expansion -- damaged and lost for years -- found in Forest Service Storage Shed in 1995 -- Refurbished and moved to Chamber of Commerce Grounds on U.S. 67 and Pine St.-- rededicated on May 30, 1996 -- Council of Federated Garden Clubs of Poplar Bluff  --  Southeast District

  13. *April 20, 1962 -- Union Roadside Park -- west of Union on U.S. 50 -- moved to north side of Highway 50 and Koelling Avenue on Moose Lodge grounds.  Refurbished and  Rededicated on November 11,2011.  by FGCM and Mid-Central District and the Union Moose Lodge.  

  14. (Date unknown) -- Intermediate Marker on Harrisonville Community Hospital grounds --the only marker of this type in Missouri -- (this type is no longer used) --Nov. 11, 2007  Rededicated by Clay Potters Garden Club of WCD-- Placed with a veterans memorial in Harrisonville.     WCD    

  15. 1995 -- National Council Headquarters in St. Louis –4401 Magnolia Blvd. -- National Garden Clubs, Inc. By-Way marker

  16. November 11, 1996 -- Caruthersville -- Truman Boulevard at Veterans War Memorial Park --Hayti Garden Club -- Southeast District.

  17. December 18, 1997 -- Bonne Terre -- Bicentennial Park  Bonne Terre Garden Club  --  Southeast District.

  18. April 26, 1998-- Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery—2900 Sheridan Road--St. Louis—East Central District.

  19. August 19, 1998 -- State Fair Grounds -- Sedalia -- Federated Garden Clubs of Missouri – By-Way Marker  WCD

  20. November 11, 1999 -- Veterans Medical Center at Jefferson Barracks -- Southwest Circle of Garden Clubs -- in cooperation with the Department of Veteran Affairs  --  East Central District.

  21. May 20, 2000 -- Veterans Home near Bellefontaine –10600 Lewis and Clark Blvd.  St. Louis-- North Zone of the East Central District

  23. November 11, 2001 -- Washington State Park –(honors Korean War Veterans) -- Near DeSoto, Missouri --near the 38th parallel-- Federated Garden Clubs of Missouri.  SED

  24. April 26, 2003 -- Rock Port, Missouri---Hardin C. Cox Welcome Center,  Exit 110 South bound Hwy I-29 --Northwest District -- Rock Port Garden Club.
